With a degree in Business Management and a Post Graduate Diploma from the prestigious NIFT College in India, Alpana’s passion for fashion and business, combined with her talent for developing long-term relationships, has been the driving force behind her success.
With over two decades of experience in running sourcing operations across the Indian subcontinent, Alpana has worked with some of the biggest names in fashion and sourcing, including Benetton, Otto AGN, Triburg, Next, and Falabella.
Her core strengths include building solid sourcing strategies, vendor management and development, product development and design, and understanding the fashion retail industry.
As the first employee of Falabella in the role of Country Manager, Alpana played a pivotal role in spearheading the company's sourcing operations in the region.
From setting up the physical office to establishing the legal entity and partnering with third-party agents, she took charge of every aspect of the operation.
